WonderPrint Refund & Cancellation Policy

Governing Law: Republic of South Africa

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription services (“Services”) provided by WonderPrint (“WonderPrint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to our Services, you (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

WonderPrint offers the following subscription options:


2.1 Monthly Subscription Plan
2.2 Yearly Subscription Plan

Each plan renews automatically at the end of its respective billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

3.1 Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by submitting a written request to WonderPrint’s support team.

3.2 Upon cancellation, the Subscriber’s access to the Services shall continue until the end of the current billing period. No further fees shall be charged following effective cancellation.

3.3 Cancellation requests shall not result in any refund, prorated or otherwise, of fees already paid.

4. No Refund Policy

4.1 All subscription fees paid to WonderPrint are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Fees for the Monthly Subscription Plan

  • Fees for the Yearly Subscription Plan

  • Fees for partially used subscription periods

  • Fees associated with unused or inactive accounts

4.2 By purchasing a subscription, the Subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds shall be issued for any reason, except where required by applicable South African law.

4.3 The Subscriber bears responsibility for timely cancellation of the subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

5. Billing Disputes & Errors

5.1 In the event the Subscriber believes a billing error has occurred, the Subscriber must notify WonderPrint in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed charge.

5.2 WonderPrint shall investigate the matter and, where an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

5.3 Failure to notify WonderPrint within the specified period shall constitute acceptance of the charge.

6. Amendments to Policy

6.1 WonderPrint reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time in its sole discretion.

6.2 Any such amendments shall become effective upon posting on the WonderPrint website or other official communication channels.

6.3 Continued use of the Services following the posting of amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
